Enhance sales efficiency and field productivity through performance analytics, dashboards, and CRM enablement. Use data-driven insights to optimize sales force deployment, incentive computation, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor & analyse sales KPIs (coverage, frequency, productivity)
  • Maintain dashboards, lead segmentation & sales sizing exercises
  • Manage sales crediting, incentive computation & R&R
  • Drive CRM adoption and provide tool training

Finance Analyst

Location
Delhi • Finance / FP&A • Onsite
Skills

Support regional balance sheet forecasting across APAC by consolidating country submissions, analyzing trends, and improving forecast accuracy. Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting teams to deliver strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead balance sheet forecasting and schedule preparation
  • Coordinate APAC-level submissions and ensure timely consolidation
  • Analyze drivers and trends to deliver actionable insights
  • Build Power BI dashboards to visualize forecast accuracy and variances
  • Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Business Finance teams for alignment
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and IFRS / GAAP standards
